# FAQ

> Common questions about Token-Poly devnet markets

# FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most from new predictors and creators.

## Is devnet safe for real funds?

Devnet SOL has no real-world value. Use it for practice while we prepare the mainnet launch.

## How many times can I vote on a market?

One vote per wallet per market. Pick your side carefully—stakes are locked until resolution or cancellation.

## What happens if Dexscreener goes down?

Resolution pauses until Dexscreener returns. The market stays **Active** and no payouts occur until fresh data is available.

## Can I change my stake after voting?

No. To increase exposure, look for secondary markets or wait for the next event on the same token.

## Why is my claim failing?

Claims only succeed if you voted on the winning side and haven’t claimed yet. Ensure your wallet remains on devnet, then try again.

## Do creators earn fees on cancelled markets?

Yes. Creator fees (2%) already collected are theirs to keep, but future votes stop once the market is cancelled.

## When will mainnet be available?

After devnet trials finish security reviews and the community is comfortable with the experience. Follow social channels for updates.

## Where can I report bugs or request features?

Send a DM or tag the team on X (@TokenPoly) or drop a note in the official Telegram channel. Include your wallet address, transaction signature, and screenshots so we can reproduce quickly.
